If you are visiting with us, I hope to meet you afterward! Pastor Nathan, Pastor Kirk, and I will be in the foyer after both services. We are glad you are here!

I’ll continue in the series “Famous Last Words” today as we go through 2 Timothy 3:1-9. They describe the “last days.” But what are the “last days?” And how do we thrive during those “last days?” The Bible will answer those questions this morning!

Immediately after the second service is our biannual Members’ Meeting in the Train Station (on the south end of the upper level). It will not be a long meeting, but we always want to give you the chance to look at financial statements.

On Aug. 9, Bill Keithley will begin teaching Wayne Grudem’s “Systematic Theology” class during the 9 a.m. hour. Some of you will remember I taught part of this several years ago. Systematic theology covers the doctrines of the Bible. I’m very glad we can add this to our lineup of classes! Thank you, Bill!

The remodel of the Kids’ Wing is tentatively on schedule! If all goes well, it will be ready for the start of our Wednesday night activities. Our Kids’ Ministry Director Jennifer Belcher is asking for 10 people for the Sunday morning childcare rotation. She is glad to work with your schedule and preferences. You would bless many people, including those little kiddos! You can talk to her today or reach her at jennifer@westhaven.church. Thank you so much to those of you who serve!

Serving in childcare is a form of evangelism. If we want families to come, hear the Word, and come to know Jesus, we have to love on their kids. Let’s live to bless, and live with an eternal perspective!
