It’s a great time to be part of West Haven! Our Systematic Theology class starts today during the 9 a.m. hour with Bill Keithley teaching. We hope you’ll be part of a class as part of your discipleship journey.

Our Kids’ Wing is near completion! Thanks for continuing to give to the Building Fund so we can fully furnish it. We are hoping for Jennifer to do a “livestream” during our Aug. 30 service so you can see it “in action!” And to see the precious children it serves so we can raise up a next generation for Jesus!

Our Eyeglass Ministry is getting closer to reality. We took a huge step this week by purchasing an autorefractor!  Pastor Nathan is asking for 20–30 people to stay after church on the 23^rd and 30^th to measure your eyes.

There is a hopeful possibility we will conduct a clinic in the Kansas City area in October. We have a possible inventory source. We would need a lot of glasses read and sorted. It will happen in God’s timing and His will!

If you are unfamiliar with an eyeglass clinic, we give people a pair of glasses as close to their needs as possible. We give them the gospel afterward, so there is no element of coercion. This ministry meets physical needs and spiritual needs, and in the Name of Jesus.

We used to conduct many clinics in the Kansas City area through a ministry in Missouri. Once we are fully functional, we will be able to go to several places in the Midwest and bless many! And that is because of your faithful giving!
